A graduate of NYU Tisch’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, Jake brings a deeply musical and technically refined approach to every project, pairing soulful melodies, empathetic lyricism, rich live instrumentation, and groove-driven production. Influenced by Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, P-Funk, Miles Davis, Snarky Puppy, Vulfpeck, Moonchild, and Robert Glasper, his work spans acclaimed artist releases, film and television scoring and engineering, and live production at venues including Radio City Music Hall. As founder of Indigo Soul NYC and The Color Indigo Records, Jake continues to create emotionally resonant music while empowering other artists to build meaningful, lasting work.
